Formnet Inc. uses a multi-phase Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process with a Cross Functional Team involving Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality to facilitate communication and collaboration during product development activities. APQP ensures the Voice of the Customer (VOC) is clearly understood, translated into requirements, technical specifications and special characteristics. The product or process benefits are designed through prevention and risk mitigation. Formnet uses standardized set of quality requirements such as FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP to develop products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
